Face Memory Test from BBC Science

The test consists of three parts:
1.You'll be shown 12 photos in the first part,
2. You'll be shown another 12 photos in the second part
3. You'll be shown 48 photos in the third part and asked if you saw them in the first part, the second part - or never saw them at all.
When you have finished the third part, your results will be given to you.
You are advised to wait 5 minutes between each part of the test, so you can keep things separate in your mind easier.

  1. Hey, Not fair. All the faces are human faces. You know all humans look alike. Call me a "Specist" if you want but I can't tell one from the other.

  7. Mike, a Chinese friend of mine once acknowledged that he knew all Caucasians think all Chinese look alike but told me that to the Chinese all Caucasians look alike.

ncsteph, you did very well. Above average.

Demeur, I have mixed up the animals names and the kids names myself on occasion. They were all underfoot anyhow so it didn't matter.

Laura, with four kids, do you start with the name of the oldest one and work down the line until you reach the name you want?

Miss Sadie, don't dogs (and Bears) go by smell?

  8. It's true that we critters use our sense of smell a lot. But I cannot abide the odour of politicians, so (on second thought) I stayed away from the piece in your blog, because I thought there would be some politicians in it. Enuf said?
