  1. I like the many and varied ways they came up with for the cat to get the white stripe!! They knew how to make cartoons back then. I am appreciating them even more now that I have more knowledge about things in general.

  2. Bugs Bunny was on late Saturday afternoons. We loved the show. Most North Americans got their introduction to classical music from Bugs, we just never knew it.
    We never thought about them as violent, though they certainly were. Just in such an exaggerated way we knew it was just for fun. And the lines were way beyond the understanding of mere kids, which is why we still find them funny as old people.
